Ajaccio - Monaco

Four games into their first Ligue 1 season and Gazalec Ajaccio find themselves firmly rooted to the bottom of the table. Defeats against PSG, Angers and Lille are probably less the concern, rather their biggest challenge has been finding the back of the net - which they are yet to do once in 2015-16. It's a somewhat remarkable statistics, but the truth is that the way Gazalec Ajaccio play, they rarely look like a team capable of racking up goals. The flow of their attacks all too often looks toothless. Meanwhile, Monaco entered the international break on a sour note after being well-beaten on their own turf by PSG. The concern will be that there is a gulf between them and the defending champions, but a bigger concern for Monaco right now is ensuring that they assume their place in Ligue 1's top three. They dominated the run of play against Lille and Toulouse, but could only come away with draws. It still feels like just a matter of time before the wins start racking up, but there's no time like the present for Monaco. Stephan El Shaarawy has still yet to seriously make his impact up front and it'll be interesting to see how a young midfield lines up after some juggling through the first few contests..
