Dundalk vs Shamrock

Dundalk are league leaders and will be looking to get another 3 points here to continue their hunt for the title.

They will meet against third placed Shamrock Rovers here who will know time is running out if they are to have a chance sneak past Dundalk.

A point last time out against Bohemians in the league wasn't quite what many expected but it did show resilience as they twice came from behind and eventually equalised deep into stoppage time.

A crucial point indeed.

Shamrock Rovers had to settle for a point too against Sligo away from home which ensured they scored for the fifth away game in the league.

Dundalk would seem almost certain to score at home here, in fact they managed at least 2 goals in their last 4 games overall.

No injury concerns for Dundalk and that will please Stephen Kenny.

Was tempted by Dundalk here but I think the both teams to score is the best pick for this clash.
