Odds are very high only for one reason : they don't know if Ferrer is physically fit enough or not.
Thanks to my knowledge about spanish, I did see an article from a spanish sports website saying that he seems okay. He's also been taking pictures while training, and he did look fit. Also David Ferrer is known to be a really serious player, he won't come here if he is not fit enough to play even if this is a Grand Slam.
David Ferrer is now 33 years old and this year he just proved he wasn't dead yet. 3 titles, 38W/10L this year and 7-2 record in Grand Slams. This for me, has been one of the best year of David Ferrer on hard courts. Winning 17 matches and only losing 3 matches.
Hard to play against Ferrer for a lot of players and Albot is one of them. He is someone who play's his tennis basing on long points, so do Ferrer. I don't see him more then 4 games per set and Ferrer will smash him.
