JP Smith vs Kachanov

Well, i'm going with young rising star Karen Kachanov here. Huge talent, this guy is really powerful and look like Del Potro at the same age. Huge hopes for him in Russia and I understand why. In this tournament, he did well beating UK Broady very easyly, then did amazing to beat in 3 sets on a decisive tiebreak, John Millman, a guy who is very easy in almost all challengers. That's impressive.

This time he is facing "big" server JP Smith. Not a very inteligent player on court, but enough quality to beat some guys. Did well on Tour this year JP, but he showed is limit in mental. 13 on 33 tiebreak wins, lost in 5th set in WC for AO 9-7 in 3rd, lost in 5th set in AO Qualifs against 17yr old Jasika 12-10. That's poor, and that's is weakness.

Also for me, Khachanov can more play his game against a poor defensive player then a very good defensive player. As with a poor defense player, he will be able to put is powerful game in place and will have some less long rally, that he don't like.

2.5 for Karen, this is nice. And I'm going for it.
