Ulsan Hyundai preparations for the new season were disturbed by the late AFC decision in which was involved defending champion Jeonbuk. AFC decided to exclude Jeonbuk from this year's competition because of bribery and Ulsan took their their place in competition. Ulsan needed to cancel a training camp and to prepare the play-off game against Hong Kong side Kitchee. They were very close to be eliminated, but won after PKs. They were not great in that match. The team may be improved as two foreigners (Orisic and Dimi Petratos) were signed after that match, but I think they need time despite that Orisic is a quality winger who can have an immediate impact. Kashima Antlers have lost their star local player Gaku Shibasaki, but the team is not weakened because they have signed good players like Yuto Misao, Leo Silva, Pedro Junior and Kwon Sun-Tae, who was the best keeper in Korean league last season. Antlers have won on Saturday the SuperCup against Urawa after a decent game, especially in the first half. The Reds are the best team in Japan, but their coach didn't put their best 11 from the start. However, the performance of Kashima was good. I think Kashima have prepared much better the new season than Ulsan did and having in mind their quality up-front I think they will score goals and will win this match.
