Rosenborg - Odd

Rosenborg lost their latest league match against Bodo/Glimt bu 1-0, being unable to translate their dominance of the game into the score line. Conceding an early goal as their opponents exploited a counter attack, Rosenborg was unable to break down a densely packed and focused defensive effort from the opposition for the duration of the match. 

Odd lost to a late goal, thus settling the score in the game against Valerenga to 2-1. That is not good enough for a side that aims to follow up on a good campaign last year. However, they lack some sharpness, though forward Olivier Occean is doing his best, having now scored in the last five games for his team., but he can't hit the net in the midweek Europa League qualification round match against Sheriff by drwaing 0-0.

Rosenborg are, despite losing last weekend and being held to a 0-0 draw by Vikingur, with their 2-0 first-leg win proving enough for the Rosenborg in the midweek Europa League qualification round match, the favourites in this match. Odd struggle to be as ruthless as they need to be in front of goal, and despite a decent away record, Rosenborg remain undefeated at home this season. I reckon the points remain with Rosenborg after this match as well.
