Sagan Tosu edged Kashiwa Reysol 3-2 last Saturday. Their defence has been leaky but striker Yohei Toyoda remains a real threat upfront. Tosu will play an exhibition match with La Liga giants Atletico Madrid. I’m sure they want to build momentum for the much-awaited clash. Kawasaki Frontale beat FC Tokyo 2-0 at home last Saturday. Their injury problems are easing and I believe they will fight hard to win the 2nd stage. Kawasaki’s firepower is guaranteed and I think they have a good chance to climb up the table. Tosu’s defence is shaky and I don’t think they can keep Yoshito Okubo at bay as the Kawasaki hitman is fighting for his 3rd consecutive J. League scoring title. I reckon this will be a high-scoring match.
